You will be asked to run the program. At the prompt, please click 'OK' or 'Run', whichever the case may be.
(You may be asked twice, depending on which version of Windows you are running.)

When the program runs, it will show you a nine digit client ID. We will need to know this ID number to log into your machine and help you.*

 
 

* Please note: When you contact us for remote repair service, we will require a phone number to call back as a minimal security check against fraud.
A valid credit card will required to use this service. A voice recording will be obtained from you during the call back, stating that you authorize use of the card.
Pre-authorisation for one hour of labour will be charged prior to logging in. Once connection is established, as another security check, we will record only your external IP address.
The card transaction will only be completed when/if the repair has been completed to your satisfaction.
